If you find a cheaper price on a third-party booking site, please let us know. We will ensure that our price is adjusted accordingly.
Check in starts from 2pm on your day of arrival. Check out is until 11am on your day of departure.
If you will be arriving after 7pm, please let us know in advance. Otherwise we may think that your booking is no longer needed. If you arrive after 7pm, having not let us know in advance, your room may have been reassigned to other guests.
We ask that you provide your details and the details of those travelling with you in advance of your arrival. This will make your check in quicker and easier.
Children are welcome at the Hotel Zellerhof.
We can happily provide cots for your room.
Our restaurant also has its own children’s playroom.
Four-legged companions are welcome, and we charge € 12 per night (without food). Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not allowed at breakfast and in the spa and wellness areas.
There are also beautiful routes in the area for dog walking.
A local tourist tax of € 1.60 per person per night is payable by all guests aged 16 and over. This will appear separately on your bill.
We provide free parking in our covered carpark directly in front of the hotel.
Electric cars can be charged for free from the charging unit in the covered parking area. Fast charge points can also be found in the village centre and at the lake resort.
The spa area is located in the Bergsee Apartments (roughly 500 m from the main hotel building). Robes and other items are available from reception for an additional charge.
Do you have any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, etc.)? Please briefly let us know when you make your booking. We will happily liaise with our chef to ensure suitable options are available.
Your bill can be settled cash, making use of our on-site ATM if required. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, etc.).
