Sweating in the sauna doesn’t just make you feel good, it is also a tried and tested beauty treatment. The dry heat of the sauna and the warm steam of the steam bath work together to promote overall well-being, to relax the body and mind, and to fill you with new strength and positivity.

Enjoy our modern, spacious sauna area with panoramic view, complete with a sauna at 90°C (Finnish sauna), an organic herbal sauna at 60°C, and a salt therapy steam room at 45°C. After the sauna, relax and unwind on a waterbed in our room of silence or lose yourself in our mountain views in the relaxation room.
